With its special composition, Leonora is a very elegant and modern yarn suitable for anything from shawls to baby knitwear. The perfect balance between silk and kid mohair gives the yarn its glossy appearance, being both soft and light at the same time, while being less fluffy than the classic silk-mohair yarns.
Leonora consists of 50% silk, 40% wool and 10% kid mohair. 25g = ca. 180m.
- Washing instructions by hand
When you have finished your knitting, we recommend that you wash it to have the stitches lie down nicely and evenly and to wash out any extra colour.
This yarn must be washed by hand to take care of the fibres in the yarn. Therefore, be gentle and avoid pulling the knitting too much. In addition, it is important to use wool washing liquid, which will care for and maintain the fibres in the yarn.
Roll your knitting in a towel and pull it out gently to the stated dimensions of the instruction. Let it dry lying flat on a towel.
