Stella by Permin is a yarn of soft bamboo and merino wool with a bit of super soft acrylic for more durance. The combination creates a warm, soft and scratch free yarn, sustainable for even the most sensitive skin types. Stella is a chainette yarn, meaning the yarn have a hollow center giving the fibers extra room for fluff. With Stella by Permin you can create even the biggest project without it worrying about the project becoming too heavy. A chainette yarn will also make the stiches look more defined in patterns such as cables.
Stella by Permin is 31% bamboo, 31% merino wool, 26% super soft acrylic and 12% polyamide.
- Washing instructions
When you have finished your knitting, we recommend that you wash it to have the stitches lie down nicely and evenly and to wash out any extra colour.
This yarn must be washed by hand to take care of the fibres in the yarn. Therefore, be gentle and avoid pulling the knitting too much. In addition, it is important to use wool washing liquid, which will care for and maintain the fibres in the yarn.
Roll your knitting in a towel and pull it out gently to the stated dimensions of the instruction. Let it dry lying flat on a towel.
