Berta is a delightful supplement to Ellen and Esther. The reason being that these three yarns all have the qualities and color shades. The different is the thickness of the yarn. Starting with Ellen, followed by Esther and then Berta being the chunkiest of the three. This gives you the perfect opportunity to find the right yarn for your current project. Berta is suitable for both winter and summer projects but particular good for patterns as the yarn will showcase the stitches well.
Berta by Permin is 55% wool and 45% cotton.

- Washing instructions
When you have finished your knitting, we recommend that you wash it to have the stitches lie down nicely and evenly and to wash out any extra colour.
This yarn can be machine washed at 30 degrees. However, we recommend that you know your washing machine well or wash a knitting sample first to avoid unforeseen surprises.
Put your knitting in a washing bag, use wool washing liquid and wash on the machine's wool program. Centrifuge, if necessary, at low turns or roll it into a towel to squeeze out the extra water.
Let your knitting dry lying flat on a towel in the dimensions indicated in the instruction.
